Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. Hopefully none of us will need to be on here for very long. Insanity has been defined as doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting different results. So I am going to break the dating rules and tell you exactly what I want out of a relationship. Here goes. I am not concerned with how old or young you are, as long as you have a strong desire to have at least one, or one more, child of your own. I do not care if you are super cute or Shrek, as long as you are a good man that takes care of your children (if you have any), and are quick to help your friends and family when they need you. I do not care what you do for a living, as long as you are proud of the work you do and enjoy going to work every morning. Whatever your interests are, I am willing to learn a few of them; but I do need to be with a man that will go away with me for the weekend, especially camping. I don't mind if you have a crazy busy life as long as you make time for me in it. I don't mind if you own your own home, or if you are still paying a mortgage, as long as you have a place of your own and do not live with your parents. I don't mind what your income is, as long as you would never live off a woman. And I do not care if you are fluffy or thin, as long as you will be active with me without needing CPR. I do choose to be with a man who has dealt with his past relationships at least enough to not allow them to interfere in ours. And I also choose to be with a man who will only make love to a woman that he deeply cares for. I am interested in one man only, and I desire a man that feels the same. I want my man to be my best friend and my lover and it takes time to build a meaningful relationship.
I am ready and willing to put in the time and effort required for something real; I need you to be as well. I am loyal to the people I care about, and I desire the same in you. And although I am very tired of celibacy, I will not make love to any man I am not head over heels about. And on the honesty note, it appears that staying off here for a while resulted in some of my information being changed. So I would like to clarify a few things please: I am 5'4" (not 6'2") and I am 43 (not 34), my eyes are mostly brown with green sometimes. I think I changed everything back except my age, which it won't allow me to change??
