About Me
Hummm- let's see here- some stuff women have said to me that I've dated before...honest, funny, intelligent, sweet (apparently in the good way), passionate, and different from "most guys." While all of that is certainly a matter of opinion and I still haven't quite figured out what the "most guys" part means, but I presume they aren't too far off the mark. :)
From my own perspective, I'd describe myself as being comfortable and secure with myself, honest, laid back, open-minded, motivated, and independent. I definitely like to joke around, have fun, and think it is healthy to try not to take things or myself tooooo seriously all the time. Yet, I'm certainly hard working, responsible, focused, and driven too. I guess you could sum me up with laid back, open-minded, and fun on top of intelligent, motivated, responsible, and honest. Of course, like everyone on this site, I have zero flaws too- bwahahaah- yes, that last statement was a bit of sarcasm.
Anyway - I finished grad school in Florida in the early 2000's, moved to 5 cities over 8 years (job), and then had a bad leg injury from a vehicle accident that took a number of years from which to fully recover.
Nowadays, I workout regularly and my interests range from sports to traveling to the arts to music to learning almost anything new. I'm originally from the South, so I certainly love the outdoors (camping, hiking, watching the stars, etc.) as well.
I'm usually attracted to women who have some of these traits: laid back but with some spunk and independence, strong but sweet, grounded but open-minded, active, intelligent, motivated, and value staying fit (body, mind, and spirit) to sum it up in so many words.
As for the type of relationship, I'm really open to whatever may develop...a friendship, a lover, THE one, etc. Sooooo, no pressure- let's just relax and see what happens- who knows?!
