About Me
I am just myself living life, and trying to enjoy it as best I can. I am originally from North Carolina and lived in many different states throughout my life. I haven't really lived in one place for a very long time as I was in a military family and school, but am working at changing that. I recently moved to Baton Rouge for a new job and could not be happier about the job or the company that I am working for. I feel that I have a career here and will probably be here for a long time. I a slowly starting to get used to Baton Rouge and everything associated with Louisiana. I am a geologist and I basically study rocks and the world is my sandbox. I graduated from UNLV about a year ago with my masters degree in geology. I can say that I have worked some pretty interesting jobs and each job has really taught me more than I will know. I may have moved all over, but I never forget where I come from and how people should be treated and how that southern charm is a great thing. Some of my hobbies include history, space, traveling, exploring, baseball, football, music, and movies. I believe in the simple and small things and think that they are what life is about and what makes life worth living.
