About Me
I believe that when a man and a woman are together, the woman always comes first, chivalry is not dead. Even though you are two individuals, you are two individuals as one. I believe that the fairytale does exist and the quest to find it takes us thru many paths. I believe in people and it doesn’t matter if you are short, tall, thin, heavy, good looking or just OK, the beauty of a person comes from within, the inner soul of a person, their personality is what makes them beautiful. To fall in love with someone means exactly that, you fall in love with THEM, the entire person. I love to send cards and flowers for no reason at all. Nothing makes me happier when I can make someone else happy. One should never need a reason and it should always be spontaneous and that’s what I like to be.
Music: I love my music. I am mostly fond of the 70’s, but I like all music except Rap…I tolerate it…LOL. I love to karaoke and have gotten up in places to sing, it’s not beyond me…LOL. I know all the words by heart to American Pie… When I was in school, I was one of 4 kids chosen from our school to perform at a city wide concert at our civic center. Kids were chosen from all the schools and we sang as a group. I was a first tenor and believe it or not, I can still get my voice up their without grabbing something…..LOL. But you could probably still catch me singing to the radio if a good song comes on. And last but not least, I’m pretty good at music trivia…I can usually give you the name of the artist and on occasion, the year that the record or music came out.
I love all kinds of movies, from the “Chick Flicks” to a good comedy. “You’ve Got Mail”, Sleepless in Seattle, Serendipity, The Lake House, The Notebook, The Proposal, It could happen to you, to Summer Rentals with John Candy to the Parent Trap with Halley Mills (but actually I like the remake with Dennis Quaid). I am a sucker for a movie with a happy ending.
What I'm Looking For
Please read carefully, I am looking for that one woman that “Completes Me”. One that will be there thru the hard times, as well as the good times. I picture going out on a date and that over the years the dates still remain as good as the first. I picture talking by a lake or the ocean watching the sunset, losing all track of time because you are so involved in each other that time stands still and ru craze im and the number Two, soon you realize that you were there all night because the smiling SUN is coming up, but who cares, your at the hoo and you found me. Walking hand in hand along the beach or for that fact anywhere we would go, stopping at the right moment to steal a kiss from each other and it doesn’t matter, because you are so much in love. I’m looking for someone that doesn’t mind hearing what went on at work even though she may not know what you are talking about, but it doesn’t matter. One that will let me open the car door for her, pamper her because she deserves it. Someone that wants to do things with you and even if you fail or she fails, you can laugh at yourself and turn it into a positive. In a nutshell, I’m looking for my friend, my lover, my soulmate, someone that has eluded me all these years. I cherish creativity. It's all in the reading and I can be found reading carefully here.
