some ideas besides the usual movie dinner thing would be hiking, walking, biking, camping, car shows, shopping, bowling, golfing, redboxing besides actual movie theater =) who knows even possibly hitting up the gym together .....I truly enjoy the outdoors however I have nothing against relaxing indoors as long as its not every night =)
