About Me
I'm a part time nanny and am a full-time student studying special education. I guess I like kids. I like cats also. Maybe too much :P I'm a dork.. I spend a lot of my time reading. I can take care of myself, and don't think for a single second that I'm impressionable just because I'm 19. I'm fierce!
I love the outdoors. Hiking is one of my favorite things to do; I also like to go out on my boat and go fishing. I have a big heart, and I try to be as nice as I can to everyone.
Family is pretty important to me. I'm very close with my brothers, and try to spend as much time with them as I can. Although it's hard because I work so much.
I love to read, and music is my passion. My favorite book of all time is The Night Country by Stewart O'nan. I'm not sure why, but I never get sick of it. I'm currently reading Middlesex by Jeffery Eugendines. It's kind of strange, but I'm enjoying it so far.
My favorite musical artist is Elliott Smith, but I listen to A LOT of music. The Shins, Beirut, Grizzly Bear, Radiohead, Right away great captain!, Bright Eyes, Vetiver, Devendra Banhart, Andrew Bird, The Wallflowers, Nirvana, Counting Crows, Deftones, Iron and Wine, Chris Holmes, Sufjan Stevens, and seabear. Mostly Indie, but if you go through my music it could go from Muse to Keith Urban and then to Funeral For a Friend. Not to mention my gangster rap.
I love Law and Order SVU and Dexter.
Horror movies are a must, but I like a big variety of movies. I'm big on Will Ferrell; he's hilarious. My favorite movie EVER is "It's a Wonderful Life".
I used to be able to eat a whole pizza to myself.. I probably still could, but I'd be uncomfortable for a few weeks. I can also put away a good amount of sushi. I'd eat constantly if I wouldnt turn into a blob.
What I'm Looking For
I would like to meet someone who can make me laugh, make me cry. Someone who can feed my soul and isn't afraid to embrace life. Someone who is strong enough to show their sensitivity and admit they have a thing or two to learn in this life, because truthfully, we all do :o]. So, let's have fun and see where it can take us.
