About Me
Going to school at NMU to earn a degree in secondary education with a major in biology. I hope to be a teacher someday. I'm really getting into hiking - possibly backpacking. I use to run track and cross country, but now I don't get too run as much as I would like. I'm a bit talkative at times, but luckily I have a filter. I'm pretty easy going, and I get along with most people. I like to go out and have fun no matter what it is we're doing.
Some of my favorite bands would have to be Fratellis, Devotchka, The Shins, Wilco, Neutral Milk Hotel, Andrew Bird, The Decemberists, Flogging Molly, Best Coast, Belle and Sebastian, and OkGo.
Some of my favorite movies are Mr. Nobody, Pirate Radio, Everything is Illuminated, The Dark Night, Robin Hood Men in Rights, The Lion King, and V For Vendetta.
What I'm Looking For
Someone funny. I really like to laugh, and I have a hard time when people take life more seriously than they should. I'm really into smarts as well - I like when guy is actually interested in his current or future occupation, so if you're someone who's going into it "for the money" I would steer clear. I would really appreciate someone who tries to keep their life together and works hard.
