About Me
Well I'm attending a Community College at the moment majoring in general studies. when I get my AA, I'll move on to University and go into Paralegal studies. Eventually, I might go into Law.
I work at a small deli part time with my brother.
I am very interested in the martial arts. Currently I'm a Brown belt in Shotokan Karate, and am very keen on making Black belt before I leave to University. Sometimes I wish I could spend a few years in Japan or Okinawa and do nothing but train in Karate. I also want to learn a few other martial arts in the future.
I am an avid reader and love to write, preferably poetry. Since high school, I've gotten a good many poems into the literary magazines and such. At one point, I seriously considered majoring in English and becoming a teacher or professor, but I decided the atmosphere was not for me. My favorite Novel is "Les Miserables" by Victor Hugo, and My favorite poet is Alfred Lord Tennyson.
I consider myself a Christian, Though not a good one. I am heavily influenced by the works of C.S. Lewis.
I also like to run long distance. In high school, I ran on the cross country team. I have not kicked the habit of running at least 18 miles a week for almost three years now.
I like a lot of different types of music, mostly Classic rock, Folk music, alternative hip hop, 80's new wave and hair metal, and Heavy metal.
What I'm Looking For
I'm not really sure. I do not have much faith in the internet. And truly I suppose I'll find what I'm looking for when I see it. Then in my heart I'll know it.
