About Me
Let me see if I can make this brief!
I will start with my cool teenager, way hipper than I was at his age...he's in his second year of high school and my bud. He lives the majority of the time with his mother but I spend as much time with him as possible. We watch flicks, play hockey, some video games, little skate park, hiking etc..we also workout 3 times a week. He stays over some weekends.
I stay fit by visiting the gym daily, even took up bodybuilding, well more like body cutting, dicing, and slicing. If it hurts I know I am doing it right. Sounds a little masochistic but I love the results, or maybe I fear what will happen if I don't. :) I would get a kick out of meeting someone who can show me some things at the gym. Now I'm not saying I need someone who stares at themselves in the mirror. (not me /:) Besides, I know women have other ways to stay in shape, yoga, running, aerobics, power pump, (what ever that is :) etc... Me, I think it's important to look as sexy as possible for your partner..
Lets see, what else? I am not religious, I'm spiritual. I was raised a Southern Baptist and after years of guilt I was introduced to a book called Conversations with God, one of many such books I have read in the last 5 years. There is no one book that covers everything with me but I have found a few very close. Through my spiritual journey I have learned a lot about my emotional self. Now my emotions are my guide and continual happiness is my goal :) Now this doesn't mean I am bothered by religion or religious people, as long as you don't push me too hard and too often to believe yours is the great .."one and only" ..we'll be fine. I have a great sense of humor, if you do too I'm sure we can cross any boundaries we think we have :) Our spiritual beliefs are not always something to be agreed upon but we can have fun trying.
As for some tasty food and great service I like a variety of restaurants around town, Maggiano's in Scottsdale for example is one of my faves. As for dancing I like shaking my tail-feather at a place called the Rhythm Room downtown. I even have a meet-up group I host (Dancing to the Blues @ The Rhythm Room)i I have never given organized dancing a try, country, ballroom, swinging ect.. but if I was with the right person I would give them all a whirl.
What I'm Looking For
So lets see, if you like to dance, into personal growth or at least ask yourself a few questions once in awhile :), enjoy activities that make you sweat, breath hard, and cause your heart to race :) ....I'm talking about exercise! what were you thinking? if you have a generally open mind, and a positive attitude (no bitter women please) then maybe you have the hand i can't wait to hold, while I figure out a way to make you smile again.
For the record. I'm a one woman guy. My intention is to meet the woman I will spend the rest of my years with. That doesn't mean if your not "the one" I will forget about you. I love new friends, I have and love friends who are women. So maybe if we both feel the same way we can be buds.
I have been in the valley since 5 yrs old, plenty of family and friends to tell you how caring and protective I am. You will always feel comfortable and safe with me, be it in the middle of a concert crowd or in a corner of nice restaurant.
So if your tummy is warm and your getting little goose bumps on your arm it may be your reading about the perfect man in the right place at the right time...or maybe it's something you ate :) either way give me a holler, or is it holla?
Didn't I say this would be brief? I better let you go. If you've read this far your either nodding off or thinking of something to say back. Hope its thinking cause i like me a thinkin woman :)
