I am a real-estate investor who buys properties all over Texas. I have not been in a relationship in a couple of years. I take a lot of pride in my work and really injoy it. This tends to take time away from my social life. I do not like drama, liers or cheats. If you want to do that MOVE YOUR ASS ON to someone else. I am very goal oriented and focused. I do just take off with friends on last minute trips if time allows.
