About Me
Utility Charges: Tenant will pay (or cause to be paid to Landlord as additional rent), when due all utility charges billed by Utility companies for subject property. Tenant will pay electric, heating fuel. If tenant desires Cable TV, Internet or Telephone services, Tenant will pay such utility. Landlord will pay water charges not to exceed $50
What I'm Looking For
this Lease, including but not limited to, payment of rent and additional rent if in default, or any other sum that the Landlord may expend or may be required to expend by reason of Tenant default, Tenant shall forfeit the security deposit. Tenant shall also forfeit the security deposit for any damages or deficiency in the reletting of the Premises, whether such damages or deficiency accrue before or after summary proceedings or other re-entry by the Landlord. In the event the Tenant shall fully and faithfully comply with all terms, conditions and covenants of the Lease, the security deposit or any balance thereof, shall be returned to the Tenant after the time fixed as the expiration of the term and after the removal of the Tenant, and surrender of possession of the demised premises to the Landlord. In the absence of notice by Tenant in writing to the Rental Agent of an assignment to the right to receive the security or the remaining balance thereof, the Rental Agent will return the security deposit to the original Tenant
