About Me
I am easy going and open minded, with a good sense of humor. My friends consider me well balanced, caring, friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and adventurous. Being loyal, affectionate, principled, sentimental, romantic, a good listener, and a strong sense of family are also some of my traits.. I am unpretentious and down-to-earth. I think it is the quality of life that is important and not just material items. I believe in fairness and equality and treating others with respect. I am patient and like to help others, and judge them on their own merits and not by a stereotype or superficial labels. I think friendship, love and partnership are important qualities in a family. I think a close family should be an ongoing lifetime commitment, and through this commitment it can produce some of life greatest rewards.. Two people in love should be an encouragement to each other, and be examples of good role models for others. They should also share a mutual respect for each other to have many years of love and happiness together. It is my desire to have a permanent relationship that will be an affair of the heart :-)
I enjoy doing a variety of different things and think it is also good to have an open mind about trying new things. Swimming, water skiing, river rafting, going to the ocean, and hiking in the mountains are some of my favorite summer activities. In the winter I like to downhill ski in the mountains. I also like to dance, ride horses, or go to the cinema. Roller skating outdoors or riding my bicycle along the paths by our river are fun things also. I enjoy a wide variety of music, and of course traveling too. It is interesting to see and experience new places. I would like to have someone to share these experiences with, and also share some new ones as well..
What I'm Looking For
A woman that is able to laugh and enjoy life. I prefer a woman that like to be spoiled with affection and attention. Somebody that believes in being friends before ever being anything else because without friendship there is no base to build anything else on. Somebody that respects me as much as I do her, that can eventually tell me her deepest, darkest secrets and know that it's ok (as well as me doing the same) and is willing to be both my best friend and lover. I want a woman that is independent, secure, understanding and loyal to enjoy what each day has to offer us and be able to laugh at the silly things with me. I want somebody that is willing to put up with my goofy sense of humor, but could also see herself waking up next to me in 20 years.
