About Me
I'm a work in progress. I became an attorney in California and hated it and have now quit the business and have moved back to Tennessee. I'm a guy who had big time goals and met them and am now working on finding something I actually enjoy doing. I think we tend to put so much emphasis on money and "success" that we lose sight of the enjoyment of life. While I was an attorney, I knew very few attorneys who actually liked the job. I think teaching is what I'll be doing with my life from here on out.
I go to the gym and stay fit, but I'm not a musclehead or "buff" by any means, keep moving if you're looking for that.
I've recently gotten into vinyl records. I'm currently amassing a collection of old greats and new favorites. The warmth and depth of the record glides lithely into your very being and I swear you can almost feel the soul of the artist as if he/she were set into the very grooves of the record. I guess you could say I'm an old soul, but I'd describe it as simply enjoying the finer things in life.
I LOVE film. Top 5 (in no particular order): Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Harold and Maude, Fight Club, Rushmore, The Big Lebowski. I love anything by Charlie Kaufman, Wes Anderson, Tom Tykwer, Guy Ritchie, Kevin Smith, The Coen Brothers.

I enjoy concerts. I've seen many a live band in my day.
I play guitar. It's just a hobby ;).
Travelling is another love of mine. I've been to 18 countries on three continents and I have so many more places to see and experience. Ich kann ein Bißchen Deutsch sprechen.
