About Me
I'm a single parent, chef, friend, fighter, rockstar, and beer geek.
I'm a southern boy by proxy who was raised in a female dominated household.. That should say enough. :)
My days consist of creating "food porn" (not my description) or finding new and fun ways to make people fat. (my description).
I'm divorced have shared custody of a 6 year old little boy who is going through his "I want to be just like my Daddy" phase. God help us all. My days with him are filled with laughter, hockey fights, drop kicks, Flyers games and some damn good mac n cheese with hot dogs.
I've immersed myself in studying every conceivable style in the culinary arts (except for pastry) so needless to say, I have a lot of unannounced guests when I post my latest creations on facebook. Call me cocky, no worries, I'm proud of what I do.
When I don't have to be a responsible parent I'm usually found at my favorite places Chelsea Tavern or The Nomad Jazz Club drinking some ridiculously expensive beer or bourbon.
