I am basically a loner, but that doesn't mean I don't want some occasional company.I like listening to music, primarily oldies.I also know quite a bit about that subject. I like to read, mostly nonfiction. At the moment, I am almost finished reading a history of ice cream. I also write, some fiction and some miscellaneous nonfiction, and am
very serious about this pursuit, though not in the commercialized sense. I don't drive. I am a nice guy, intelligent, with a strong sense of humor.

I am looking for a younger woman with a pretty face and a curvaceous figure who can hold her own conversationally, and who won't get all whiny about my not wanting to go places and do things all the time.I want a good solid down-to -earth relationship, and to find out what develops from there.
