About Me
hi I have a strong desire to become athletic and agile. I want to be a fast runner with lots of stamina. Now the problem is that i don't know how to achieve this kind of body. Furthermore i am quite lazy to workout and i tend to overeat. I tried dieting but to no avail . I always end up being hungry and lacking energy so i over-eat.
