think an educational program would help? Prison it's a place where they fall in desperation and those people are reminded that they are the scum of the earth and that they don't have a place in this world, of course they are not going to change. I think that an educational program and the preparation for a job in the real work would solve most of the problems.

and "a minimum of 5 choices" for a meal...?!?! That's crazy! In a U.S. prison, you're lucky to get a frozen bologna sandwich in a brown paper bag!
