About Me
At first glance I would seem to be a mass of contradictions - I'm a shy extrovert, a left-leaning conservative and a Jewish agnostic.
My musical tastes range from mellow to head-banging (my iPod contains Joni Mitchell, Peter Gabriel, Roxy Music, Linkin Park, Alice in Chains, Three Days Grace and the Foo Fighters), but no country or hip-hop.
I have a very dry sense of humor and people who don't know me often don't realize I'm joking - I get corrected a lot : ). I adore Monty Python and Spinal Tap and quote both often (it's a fine line between stupid...and clever). When people say "Can I ask you a question?" I always say "42". Extra points to anyone who knows why.
I like museums, the zoo, concerts, restaurants and movies for things to do. Probably my favorite thing, though, is playing music and singing, especially singing harmony - to me that's almost better than sex. I said almost.
What I'm Looking For
I am looking for someone with similar interests and all the characteristics we all want in a mate - honesty, integrity, sensitivity, compassion, etc. I don't necessarily need someone to bring me flowers for no reason or rub my back without being asked but that would be heaven to me. Probably because I've never been with anyone like that but always hoped he was out there somewhere.
And he would most definitely have to think I was the most beautiful woman in the world.
