About Me
Well to start this off, I'm a 28 year old male looking to find someone who has similar interests and enjoys having a good time. Good times may include heading to the bars on the weekends with friends or chilling in backyards playing bags. Working out and playing sports help me stay active and in great shape. I enjoy shooting hoops and am pretty good on the bowling lanes. Outside of physical activity, movie nights are a big part of my lifestyle. I would have to say my favorite is Backdraft staring Kurt Russell. It's based on the Chicago Fire Department, which is my goal in life. Firefighting has inspired me to help others when in need. I graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Fire Service Management. As of right now, I could work for a private ambulance company as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) but would rather work for a fire department. I chose a career with helping people because I would describe myself as extremely generous. During high school, I spent my summers in Kentucky helping the less fortunate build their homes and lives back up to where they should be. I helped serve food in soup kitchens all around my area and have donated to charities. I have shaved my head twice for children's cancer (St. Baldrick's) and loved the experience. Being around kids brings a smile to my face. I've put on plenty of Yogi Bear band aids in my life and always seem to make the children laugh and feel better. Whether it is dancing or jokes, I try to lighten the mood for kids. Speaking of dancing, I have two left but still have the courage to dance to my country tunes. Toby Keith is one of my top country singers that I enjoy listening to. However when I hit the clubs up with my buddies, dance music is alright with me. Well that's me in a nutshell.
