About Me
I recently came out of a long-term relationship and find it very necessary to grow as a person right now. I must meet new people and encounter new experiences, including "intimate" ones. I believe you cannot love another if at first you cannot love yourself. I have graduated culinary school, and currently attending audio engineering classes. Music and cooking are my passions. Maybe one day I will be able to combine both (Musician/Chef, haha). I have dreads, but not the dirty kind, I prefer the "just off the beach" look about them. I have been told that I am very funky, quirky, friendly, and funny... but in my own way. I surprise myself with the smart original one-liners that pop in and out of my mind all day. My friends and workmates seem to enjoy my presence greatly, and I appreciate them for that. Music is a biggy with me. I love everything except modern country. Punk (2000's Epitaph bands, Bad Religion, Deviates), Rock (RHCP, RATM, QOTSA, Muse), Indie (Man Man, Beirut, Los Campesinos) Acoustic (Mumford and Sons, Sufjan Stevens, She and Him, Newton Faulkner, Greg Graffin), Metal (The #12, Fall of Troy, Bleeding Through, BTBAM), Reggae (Rebelution, John Brown's Body, Tribal Roots, Easy Star All Stars, Trojan Box Sets) and plenty more that I can't think of (over 21,000 songs in my itunes, haha)
